The energy saving and ultra-compact Arvedi ESP (Endless Strip Production) line, helps to reduce the operation costs. Arvedi ESP is known for zero-carbon casting and rolling as well as for 45 % lower energy consumption compared to conventional casting and rolling plants. Direct application products of Arvedi ESP allow to completely omit cold rolling, annealing and related emissions.

Technologist, Primetals Technologies
In 2019, Lukas Preuler finished his Ph.D. in Metallurgy at Montanuniverstaet Leoben. He extended his research at K1-MET (Metallurgical competence center) by one year before joining Primetals Technologies in Austria at 2020. Since then he is working in the ESP technology department doing commissioning of ESP lines and research and development.

Gero Schwarz completed his master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Leoben in 2018. Since 2019 he is a Process Technologist for endless strip production and has commissioned endless strip production lines.

Andi Jungbauer completed his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Process Control at the University of Technology in Graz in 1998. In the same year he joined VOEST-ALPINE Industrieanlagenbau in Linz and began in the automation department for continuous casting where he worked as a project manager for automation until 2004. In 2004 he joined the continuous casting department as product manager for continuous casting. Since 2008, Andreas Jungbauer is General Sales Manager for endless strip production at Primetals Technologies.
