Primetals Technologies is ISO 37001:2016 Anti–bribery management systems certified

In July 2023, Primetals Technologies received from Quality Austria the award for successful ISO 37001:2016 Anti-bribery Management Systems certification. This implementation marks another significant milestone for Primetals Technologies, enhancing trust among the company’s stakeholders – particularly customers and suppliers.

It provides guidance and requirements for a management system designed to help an organization prevent, detect, and respond to bribery and comply with anti-bribery laws and voluntary commitments applicable to its activities. In addition to the original scope of ISO 37001 for anti-bribery, Primetals Technologies has expanded the scope of certification to include the anti-trust program.

Speak-up Hotline for Whistleblowing

In order to justify the trust placed in our company by customers, partners, shareholders, and employees, the integrity and transparency of our business processes are the top priority. Primetals Technologies has set up a secure way for reporting potential compliance violations.

The Speak-up Hotline is available in 19 languages as a telephone hotline and an internet platform. Both contact methods are available for employees and external stakeholders around the globe. All reports will be treated as confidential and can be made anonymously to the extent permitted by national regulations.

Primetals Technologies´ internal whistleblowers are protected by special regulations that make good faith reports to the best of their knowledge. Intentional reporting of false information, however, is prohibited by law in many countries. The hotline is managed by a third-party supplier. All data is maintained on secure servers in Germany.
