The aluminum industry faces a unique set of challenges, particularly in striking a balance between product quality, operating costs, and environmental impact. One significant issue in aluminum cold rolling is "coolant carryover," which can adversely affect product yield, quality, and process efficiency.

Achieving optimal strip dryness, especially at the edges, is crucial. This helps maximize yields, reduce harmful emissions, and enhance product quality—factors that can be key differentiators in the market.

In this webinar on aluminum strip dryness, we explore potential solutions and considerations for addressing coolant carryover and enhancing strip dryness.
