Dr. Hans-Jörg Krassnig
Hans-Jörg Krassnig is deeply committed to electric steelmaking. He began his career in the early 2000s while studying at the University of Leoben in Austria and working at steel producer Marienhütte as Head of Research and Development, where he also completed his PhD thesis. After many years advancing the adoption of the electric arc furnace in the metals industry, Hans-Jörg now serves as Head of Electric Steelmaking at Primetals Technologies.
