Led by a Primetals Technologies expert in gearing technology, this course provides comprehensive knowledge on gearboxes for ladle turrets and pinch rolls. Topics include the detailed design of advanced gearboxes, monitoring under specific operating conditions, and key aspects of service and repair.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the layout and functionality of these specialized drives. They will learn to identify potential issues and effectively plan and execute maintenance or repairs for gearboxes in continuous casting plants.
