Bender and Segment Refurbishment Includes

• Complete disassembly and inspection of benders and segments that have reached the end of their lifetime, including disassembly of drive roll and idler roll components, measurement and recording of roll wear, and identification of any adverse findings
• New and reconditioned spare parts—hydraulics, electrical, water, and grease systems, wearing parts, and consumables
• Fleet tracking and preventative/predictive maintenance scheduling via the Maintenance Asset Technology (MAT) platform
• Replacement of all worn parts, rolls, and damaged components with new or reconditioned parts
• Replacement of all hoses (hydraulic, water, and grease), seals, and rotary joints with new parts
• Refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders according to the recommended lifetime
• Retrofit of existing benders and segments to the latest technology, including SMART technology and ECO-Star peripherally-cooled roll technology
• Reassembly of the unit to operational specifications, with multiple in-process inspections, final adjustments to ensure proper passline and roll elevations, and performance of system inspections according to established parameters, including verification of drive roll performance
