Four years ago, at METEC 2019, Gerdau and Primetals Technologies signed a strategic partnership to advance their digitalization journey toward Industry 4.0. The defined goal at the time was to develop and implement a digitalization roadmap for Gerdau, which aims to be a pioneer in implementing digital innovation among all steel producers worldwide.
