The Dynacs 3D system provides a dynamic secondary cooling model with a three-dimensional temperature profile, ensuring stable strand surface temperatures even under transient casting conditions. Moreover, the DynaGap Soft Reduction® 3D ensures fully dynamic thickness control, minimizing centerline segregation and improving internal strand quality. The Single Roll DynaGap for Soft and Hard Reduction provides optimal thickness reduction, ensuring superior internal quality and reduced center porosity.
