In April, Chinese steel producer Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co., Ltd. placed an order with Primetals Technologies for the relocation of its 4.3m plate mill line from Jinan to Rizhao. Once relocated, the plate mill will also receive an upgrade.
